The powder coating plant is semi-automatic conveyor operated and allows batches of components up to 3 metres long, 2 metres high and 1200mm wide to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes. Components pass through a five-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and oxilan-coated to give excellent paint adhesion. Maximium component size: 3,4 metres long, 2 metres high and 1200mm wide. Without pre-treatment size: 8 meters long,2 meters high and 1500 mm wide.
