Arco Color AS offers powder coating on steel, galvanised and aluminium components. Equipped with twin painting booths that allow quick colour changes, the facility handles large and small batches. The powder coating plant is semi-automatic conveyor operated and allows batches of components up to 3 metres long, 2 metres high and 1200mm wide to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes.

About powderpainting
Powder coating is based on the principle that objects with opposite electric charges (positive and negative) attract one another. Powder particles are negatively charged by passing them through a special gun. This results in an electric field between the gun and the earthed component. The powder particles then follow the field lines and adhere to the product.
